NBRO warns of more landslides

<p>The National Building Research Organization (NBRO) warns of possible
landslides in Central, Sabaragamuwa, Southern and Uva provinces, if
rains continue.

<p>Head of the NBRO’s Building Material Section HMS Bandara said the
mountainous and slopy areas in these districts were more vulnerable
for landslides.

<p>He said out of ten districts identified as risky areas for landslides,
Kandy and  Matale were the most vulnerable districts.
