Solheim free to new Sri Lanka - President

<p>The government invites the Norwegian Minister of Environment and 
International Development Erik Solheim to visit Sri Lanka.

<p>President Mahinda Rajapaksa said today that if he wishes to visit Sri 
Lanka he was free to visit the country.

<p>“ If he comes here, he will see a much different country and 
experience a different environment that they did not expect during the
previous regime”, he said.
