President refutes SLN’s involvement in killing Indian fisherman

<P>President Mahinda Rajapaksa refuted the allegations that the Sri Lanka Navy attacked and killed the Indian fishermen.

<P>“We have had arrangements earlier but these will have to be revised given the new peaceful situation in Sri Lanka’, he said adding that discussions are underway to prevent any such incidents.

<P>He said this at a discussion with foreign correspondents held at Temple Trees today.
