The Foreign Employment Bureau (FEB) said Sri Lankans working in Egypt is safe and the Embassy there has taken necessary steps to ensure their safety.
FEB Chairman Kingsley Ranawaka said there were over 3,500 Sri Lankans employed in Egypt and their security was ensured.
