NWP schools closed for two days

<P>All schools in the North Central Province will be closed for two days on Monday and Tuesday (February 7 and 8) due to wet weather conditions prevailing in the area, Chief Minister of the North Central Province Berty Premalal Dissanayake said today.  

<P>All schools in the Eastern Province, except for Digamadulla District, too will be closed for three days commencing tomorrow. Education Minister of Eastern Province Wimalaweera Dissanayake says that all the schools in Trincomalee and Batticaloa Districts in the Eastern Province will be closed for three days from February 7 to 9.
