India releases 16 Sri Lankan fishermen

<p>The Ministry of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources said that the Indian Coast Guard handed over three vessels and sixteen fishermen who were in Indian custody to the Sri Lankan Navy at off the coast of Mannar today.
