Government to set up 1,500 floriculture villages

<P>The Government has decided to set up 1,500 floriculture villages in the western, north western and central provinces. 

<P>The project intends to generate 30,000 jobs in rural and sub urban areas. With that, the share of exports of cut flowers and foilage will be increased significantly in the future, the government sources told the Observer online today.
