A telephone hot line(1991) is being operated by the Environment Ministry to prevent and control of human activities against environmental sustainability.
This hot line is open for public complaints for 24 hours in the day and complaints received all over the island by it are recorded and sent to relevant authorities for immediate actions, the Ministry sources told the Observer Online.
