China, Japan & ADB make highesr disbursement of foreign financing

<P>The governments of China, Japan and the Asian Development Bank have made the highest disbursement of foreign financing to Sri Lanka during the period from January to September last year. 

<P>These three donors have contributed US$ 1,073 million or 73.5% of the total disbursement, Finance Ministry sources told the Observer Online today.
