Sri Lanka which received tremendous exposure as a destination by hosing the ongoing Cricket World Cup will once again be the centre of attraction when the country hosts the UNWTO Commission for South Asia from March 24 to 26 at the Colombo Hilton.
Over 300 members from the154 member countries are expected to participate in this event.
The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), based in Madrid, Spain, is a United Nations agency dealing with questions relating to tourism.
