The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) which assured an uninterrupted power supply during the new year season, have set up the hotline-1987- to facilitate the consumers to inform about any breakdowns and power related matters.
The Ministry of Power and Energy said all workers of the maintenance and breakdown repair sections of the CEB and also LECO will be on duty to provide an uninterrupted power supply during the season.
Sources said the CEB and LECO will take prompt action in any power related complaints. The LECO hot line will be 1910.
