Tourist destinations in the Sabaragamuwa province will be developed under a new project to attract more domestic and foreign tourists, the Sabaragamuwa Province Tourism Minister R. Athulakumara said.
He said Rs. 25 million is allocated for this project, which is targets to develop Adam’s Peak, Samanala Wewa and Sinharaja forest in the Ratnapura district as tourist destinations.
“Three tourism destinations in Kegalle District will also be developed under this project” Minister Athulakumara said.
