MoU with India to develop KKS harbour

<p>A Memorandum of  Understanding is to be signed with the Government of India to develop the Kankasanthurai Harbour in the North.




<p>The repairs will be done to the existing break water and the jetty. A new break water will also be developed under the new project which will be carreid out in two phases. 

<p>KKS harbour, which came to standstill due to war situation, is one of the ten sea and air entry points to the country.
