Elephant grounds to be set up

<P>Nearly 3, 000 acres of forest land are allocated in Horowpothana and Weheragala to set up elephant holding grounds, Wildlife and Agrarian Services Minister S.M. Chandrasena said. 







<P>He said three locations were reserved for this purpose and would be used to keep problematic elephants in a more secure location. 




<P>The Ministry estimates that the project will cost around Rs. 300 million.
