The Livestock Development Ministry has decided to establish modernised large-scale dairy farms with private sector and public private partnership.
This will be achieved by creating a conducive environment for investors by providing lands, banking facilities, infrastructure, quality service delivery system and tax concessions. Facilities will also be provided for processing and value addition to milk related products aimed at domestic and export markets.
