Over 1,000 rehabilitated youth who were ex LTTE carders would be released on May 4 and 5 Punathottam Training Centre in Vavuniya.
A further 1,000 former LTTE carders are currently being rehabilitated at this training centre and they too would be released soon. A group of youth from the South would be present on these two days to receive these 1,000 youth and a cultural show and a cricket match too would held.
Minister of Youth Affairs and Skills Development, Dallus Alahapperuma and Minisert of Rehabilitation and Prison reforms, Chandrasiri Gajadeera would be special invitees for the occasion. (SOS)
