President Mahinda Rajapaksa has directed the BOI Chairman to pay Rs. 1 million as compensation to the family of Roshan Chanaka, the FTZ worker who was killed following the Katunayake protest.
The 24-year-old Roshan was injured during the clash on Monday with police and succumbed to his injuries.
