A man was electrocuted when he came into contact with a live unauthorized electric fence erected at Kamburupitiya in the Kuchchiveli area. The deceased have been identified as Ratnasinghe Hamisa Sunath, a resident of Kaburupitiya.
The suspect responsible for putting up the unauthorized electric fence have been taken into custody by the Kuchchaveli police.
