A private bus carrying 36 pilgrims went off the road at Irratta- periyakulam on the A 9 highway and crashed on to a culvert and a tree injuring 15 passengers.
The bus had been travelling from Moratuwa to Jaffna. The injured passengers have been admitted to the Vavuniya hospital.(JJ)
