LG polls: Pudukuduirippu and Maritimepattu PS not on Oct 8

<p>Local government polls for the Pudukuduirippu Pradeshiya Sabha and the Maritimepattu Pradeshiya Sabha will not be held on October 8, the  Elections Department said.

<p>According to sources, the final decision regarding the polls for these two Pradeshiya Sabha will be made tomorrow following a meeting with the party general secretaries.
