Gaddafis family in Algeria [September 01 2011]

Colonel Gaddafis wife and three children have escaped from Libya and arrived in Algeria Tuesday (30), the Algeria First Post reported.

The Algerian foreign ministry has confirmed that Gaddafis wife Safia, daughter Ayesha and two sons, Muhammad and Hannibal crossed the border into Algeria early 30.

There is no mention of Gaddafi’s adopted daughter - Hana Gaddafi, the girl who was thought to have died in 1986 and now known to be a doctor in Tripoli.

It was not clear if Gaddafi’s other sons, Saif, Saadi and Khamis escaped from Libya or whether they are planning to wage a final phase of war along with their father against NATO supported rebels, the report said.
