President Mahinda Rajapaksa has instructed to take the strictest actions against those who involved in the raping of a 10-year-old girl at an examination center in Matara, Education Minister Bandula Gunawardena informed Parliament today.
It was reported that the rapists- an air force deserter and two examination officers- had sexually molested the school girl, who came to the school with her mother to clean the school premises.
