Polls violations: 24 reported by noon

<p>Elections Secretariat has received 24 complains of election violation by 12 p.m. today, 

<p>Siripala Medawewa of the Secretariat said 13 complaints were reported from Colombo and the rest were from Gampaha and Galle.

<p>" They mainly complained about party supporters gathering near polling stations, engaged in propaganda campaigns by distributing leaflets and offering some bribes to vote", he said.
