Budget second reading passed by 91 votes

<p>The vote on the second reading of the budget 2012 was passed in parliament with a majority of 91votes. 


<p>The UNP, DNA and TNA voted against. UNP MP Mohan Lal Grero also voted in favour. President presented budget 2012 on November 21 and 7 days had been allocated for the debate on the second reading of the budget. The third reading of the budget will begin tomorrow and continue until December 21.
