Karandeniya : Angry residents sets fire to a medical laboratory

<P>A medical laboratory and a house in the Boraketiya in Karandeniya have been set fire by angry residents with the arrest of the laboratory owner, who is the main suspect in the killing of Dr. Prasad Jayasinghe.

<P>Police said there were over 5,000 people and they had stormed the building belong to the suspect. Dr, Jayasinghe was killed in front of the suspects dispensary. 


<P>People have also set fire on the second suspect - former Army Captain- property in Elpitiya.

<P>Two suspects and the weapon that used to kill the doctor were arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).
