Man held in minors rape case

<p>Katugastota police have taken into custody a man who allegedly raped a 15 year old girl residing at Kondadeniya Katugastota. The incident happened on June 26. The victim girl however lodged a complaint on the 17th November at the Katugastota police. The suspect is said to have cultivated a love affair with the girl, according to police. Katugastota police is investigating the crime. (JJ)
