The Japanese Special Representative Yasushi Akashi will arrive in Sri Lanka today on a three-day official visit
He is scheduled to attend the opening of the Southern Highway as a special guest.
Akashi is also scheduled to meet with President Mahinda Rajapaksa, Ministers and the Opposition Leader Ranil Wickremasinghe.
