Two persons have died in the bus accident in Welimada at 6.50 am, today. Seventeen people were admitted to the Lunuwatta Hospital and six who were seriously injured have been transferred to the Badulla hospital.
According to Police majority of injured are school children.
The Udupussellewa police are conducting further inquiries into the incident.
