The government is to brief the international community on the progress made with regard to human rights concerns and also the reconciliation process in the country at the 19th UNHRC sessions in Geneva, sources said.
The sessions are scheduled to begin on February 27 and according to informed sources Plantation Minister and Presidents Special Human Rights Envoy Mahinda Samarasinghe will lead the Sri Lankan delegation at the UNHRC session.
