Police raided a brothel situated at Sellamuthu Avenue in the Kollupitiya area yesterday (14) and took into custody eight women sex workers and other who were involved in the operation.
The suspects were produced before the Colombo Fort Magistrate who remanded them 16th February. Kollupitiya police is conducting further investigations. (JJ)
