Two persons including an eight-year-old boy were killed when the van they were travelling in was hit by Colombo bound train from Awissawella at an unprotected railway crossing in Padukka this morning.
The victims had been identified as R A Hemantha Pushpakumara (39) and Pasindu Malsara Samarasekara (08).
