Police Spokesman SSP P M H B Siriwardena said today that there is no intention to arrest any UNP parliamentarians regarding the on going inquiry into the activities of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation in Sri Lanka.
The CID which initiated an inquiry into this had recorded a statement from the local agent of Friedrich Nuamann Foundation Sagarika Delgoda.
Opposition Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe making a statement in the Parliament said that there are attempts to arrest UNP MP s in connection with the on going investigation.
