<p>The Kataragama Devalaya will be closed for the public from today till 6.30 pm on October 2 due to the demise of the Chief Incumbent of the Kirivehera Temple Most Venerable Dr. Aluthwewa Soratha Nayaka Thero. Dr. Aluthwewa Soratha Thero also served as the Chancellor of the Uva Wellassa University.
