Deaths increase in Punagala bus mishap

<P>Ten passengers were confirmed dead in Punagala bus mishap where 18 other commuters are still being treated in a critical condition in Badulla and Diyathalawa Hospitals, the police said. 

<P>A bus bound for Punagala from Bandarawela skidded off the road and plunged into a precipice last evening instantly killing nine passengers and injurring 25 others.
