5 injured in school bus mishap

A group of 15 passengers including 11 schoolchildren sustained minor injuries when a school bus plying to Karawita from Devalakanda skidded off the road and fallen into a roadside ditch this morning.

According to Police Spokesman 11 schoolchildren, two teachers, the driver and the conductor of the bus were injured in the accident. They were admitted to Nivitigala Hospital.
