Russian drowns in Hikkaduwa

<P>A 43-year-old Russian male drowned while bathing in the sea in Hikkaduwa yesterday afternoon, the police said.  

<P>The victim has been identified a tourist named Victor Dias. His body is kept at Karapitiya Hospital Morgue for the post mortem, the police said.
