Several roads in Colombo will be closed from 3.00pm to midnight on December 14 and 15 due to the Colombo Night Races, Police said.
The roads from Galle Face Green, Lake House/Regal Junction, Chaitya Road, Khan Clock Tower, Bank Mawatha and Olcott Mawatha will be closed.
Police Spokesman SSP Ajith Rohana said that interval periods from 7.00pm - 7.30pm and 9.00pm - 9.45pm will be given for office staff and tourists staying at hotels to enter and exit the area.
