Newly appointed Air Force Commander Air Marshal Kolitha Gunatilleke was felicitated by his Alma Mater the Royal College today.
Addressing the school gathering Air Marshal Gunatilleke said that integrity is extremely important in the life of a military professional. There is no question that we would not have come home if we went there doubting the integrity of our fellow men. There is no doubt that it was their integrity that allowed us to go time after time to fulfil our mission and come back unharmed, Air Marshal Gunatilleke added.
The event was held at the college premises. The cadets gave a Guard of Honour to Air Marshal Gunatilleke. The Principal, teachers and students of the Royal College and members of the Old Boys Association participated at the event.
