President opens OCH Kottawa Kaduwela stretch [March 08 2014]
The first phase of the Outer Circular Highway from Kottawa to Kaduwela was declared open by President Mahinda Rajapaksa a short while ago.
The President opened the access road to the expressway from the Kottawa Interchange with a participation of a large gathering.
The 11 km long highway was constructed at a cost of Rs.27 billion funded by Japan.
