Special military training for dogs and handlers

<P>Sri Lanka Army recently held a five day workshop for dogs and dog handlers serving duty in various parts of Kilinochchi. 

<P>According to the Media Directorate this is and initiative of the 611 Brigade coming under the purview of the Kilinochchi Security Forces Headquarters. Over 350 dog handlers participated at the workshop. 

<P>A total of 180 dogs, engaged in de-mining work, explosives and drug sniffing, guard duties, etc, joined together to showcase their talents during the event.
