Sexual boosting oil seized with booze pedlar

Walana Panadura Anti Vice Striking Squad on a tip off arrested a man who was selling foreign liquor and cigarettes in his car today but to find a stock of sexual enhancement drugs and ointment instead, the police said.

OIC special squad Chief Inspector Duminda Balasuriya said that they received information about a pedlar who was selling illegally imported foreign liquor and cigarettes in a car in Thalangama area.

The police raided the car in Thalangama North and arrested the man along with two bottles of foreign liquor, some 280 sticks of cigarettes along with a large amount of sexual enhancement pills and ointments. The stock included various sexual arousal creams and sprays too.

The suspect was handed over to Thalangama Police along with the contraband. He was to be produced before Kaduwela Magistrate yesterday.
