A 43-year-old man who was running a vegetable stall in Bakery Junction in Attidiya was found hacked to death inside his stall this morning, the police said.
The victim identified as Wickramage Wasantha Kumara was a resident of Paraththa, Panadura. The body was found inside the stall with his throat slit.
The motive behind the killing is yet to be ascertained. Mount Lavinia Police are conducting investigations.
