CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Ensuring sustainable growth and diversification, the Chief Executive Officer, will spearhead the growth and development of the Bank’s business and operations while complying with banking regulations and procedures.

Ideally between the age of 45 to 50 years possessing a minimum of 05 to 10 years experience with a proven progressive track record at Senior Management level in a public / private sector financial institution, you will be supported by a recognized professional qualification in the discipline of Banking and / or Finance, preferably with a degree in business management at master’s level.

The Person

  • A strategic thinker managing and controlling performance and enhancing the competitiveness in line with the strategic vision of the Board.

  • Should have the capacity to develop and implement strategies for meeting challenging objectives.

  • Should identify new growth opportunities in existing and new markets to increase turnover.

  • Should lead, motivate and direct a multi-skilled organization, to enhance creativity and maximize sales and services.
