Coca-Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Limited recently took the company's executive staff through an Outward Bound 'Weekend Challenge' training programme conducted by Sri Lanka Business Development Centre in Collaboration with Outward Bound Trust of Sri Lanka.

What is special about 'Weekend Challenge' training programmes is that participants are exposed to outdoor activities, planned to strengthen and develop leadership skills, risk taking, team work, inter-personal effectiveness and self-confidence.

The programme will toughen up the participants, empowering them to face challenging situation. The learning is contextual, experiential and collaborative.

Qualified instructors will guide the participants through the programme safely and steadily to fine-tune the management competencies.
