Purchase of commercial property made easier

Ceylinco Leasing Corporation Ltd (CLC) has unveiled the CLC Sthaana Vaasi Lease Purchase Plan to help commercial organisations to buy office premises on easy terms.

Companies can own commercial property in areas of their choice, by entering into a lease agreement with CLC.

CLC will buy the premises selected by a customer or build an office on a plot of land selected by the customer.

Payment can be made in easy monthly instalments over a period of 15 years. This instalment amount will be fixed to suit the cash flow of the company.

At the end of the stipulated time, the property will be owned by the client. The client is also free to terminate the lease agreement at any time, and will not be obliged to pay a penalty for this.

CLC can undertake the responsibility of maintaining the leased premises. After payment is complete, the owner company can continue to use the premises or sell it to make a capital gain.
