23 for football course in Malaysia by LESLIE FERNANDO Twenty three football administrators nominated by the Football Federation of Sri Lanka will leave today (Sunday October 20) to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to attend the Administration Course. This course is conducted by the Asian Football Confederation and participants from several other Asian countries will also attend. It will be held from October 21 to 26. The Football Federation of Sri Lanka selected the 23 administrators who have rendered yeoman service to their respective districts and the leagues. B. H. H. Sally - a former Pre-Olympic and National football captain who is the Deputy Secretary General of the FFSL will be the manager of the delegation. Others heading for Malaysia are: S. A. Senaweera, N. T. Farook, M. K. M. Saigh, A. B. A. Gaffar, T. P. R. Siriwardena, U. L. M. Latheeb, H. K. Gnanasena, M. S. M. Mashood, M. S. M. Zarook, H. S. Perera, K. L. Bandusena, K. K. Jayantha, H.
