 Back at the Harbour Room

Back at the Harbour Room, to delight music lovers with his keyboard artistry is Lalith de Silva, who will be playing on Fridays until the forth-coming festive season. Lalith started his musical career as a teenager in the '70s along with his two brothers in the group Silva Clan. Soon after he was fortunate to join Topaz led by Chandana de Silva and then moved to join the popular dance band Cardinals Outburst in 1988 and worked with them for a period of five years, before he switched to the pop band 'Ice' playing at the Colombo 2000.

Having gained considerable experience he decided to lead his own band under his name 'Lalith de Silva' and played in the Maldives for some time. Quite popular in his own special way he was invited to handle the millennium 31st night dance at the Regency Mt. Lavinia Hotel.
