Yummy Chocolates

White Chocolate

Ingredients
White Chocolate
Colouring
Method
Melt using melter, cool.
Add colouring.
Take moulds, outline coloured chocolate.
Cover with balance chocolate and freeze for a few minutes.

A mouth watering array of chocolates from the Galadari will make many a mouth water. These recipes are some of the special chocolate delights

Ingredients

Cooking chocolate - grated 500g

Method

Grate chocolate and put into a stainless steel container. The container should fit saucepan. Take 1/4 saucepan of water, bring to boil, when it boils place the saucepan on top. Stir the chocolate with a wooden spoon till it melts.

Remove from heat and allow to cool and make centers as shown with filling. Chocolate marzipan filling.

Fondant Filling

Ingredients
Liquid Glucose 03 oz
Icing sugar 08 oz
Lime Juice 03 Tsp
Egg white 01
Method
Heat the Glucose in a pyrex jug in warm water.
Put icing sugar, egg white and lime juice in a bowl.
Heat well, add liquid Glucose and beat for ten minutes.
Add any flavour (Strawberry, Mint, Pectin Jelly) and use for center filling.
