Record breaking sales for Premier Pacific

Premier Pacific Pinnacle, the luxury residential and shopping complex in Colombo 4, has achieved a record by selling 50 per cent of its apartments within a short period of four months from the launch of the project.

The 11-storey building consists of 58 apartments from the fifth to the 11th floors and 66 shopping units in the floors with complete physical segregation between the two sections.

Director in charge of the project Nirosh Perera said the prepayment offer is the most favoured and popular among customers from the several payment schemes including monthly easy payment methods and the rental scheme introduced by the company. The complex has 16 types of apartments of two and three bedrooms and offers customers customisation support coupled with after-sales services.

The entire complex is built on a 'nature friendly' theme and is designed to be bio-climatic and environmental-friendly.

The structural grids of Premier Pacific Pinnacle and the reinforced concrete network have been scientifically designed to enhance integrity of the base and superstructure and to make it earthquake-proof in relation to Sri Lanka, said Director Premier Pacific Nishan Perera.

Chairman Nimal Perera said the 'partnering concept' introduced by the company has been successfully implemented for this project. "The construction work is currently on schedule, and we expect to complete construction ahead of schedule," he stated. Maga Engineering Ltd. the main contractor, has commenced construction work upon completion of piling activities by Walker Piling Ltd.

Premier Pacific Pinnacle is a Rs. 850 million project. Its chief consultant architect is Errol Siriwardene, supported by the resident architect Chintaka Nikapitiya. The project manager is M.D. Wijeratne and structural engineers for the project are STRAD Consultants (Pte) Ltd.

Premier Pacific International (Pvt) Ltd. is a Board of Investment approved company, which was incorporated as a private, limited liability company in Sri Lanka in January 1998 and funded entirely by direct foreign investments.

The company's inaugural project, Premier Pacific 2001 apartment complex won the Award for Construction Excellence in Year 2001 from the Institute of Construction Training and Development and National Contractors' Association of Sri Lanka.
