New high-rise apartments in Colombo

Ceylinco Homes International Ltd. (CHI) and the Urban Development Authority (UDA) have signed an agreement for a modern residential development project. The new residencies, which will come up in Colombo 3, will be a high-rise apartment complex overlooking the sea.

CHI bid successfully for the tender to purchase the property for this project, which is estimated to cost five billion rupees. Design Consortium has been chosen as the consultant architect to the project.

The UDA granted the property to CHI to carry out the project. CHI has successful projects such as Barnes Place Residencies and Hyde Park Residencies under its belt. The new residencies will have more than 38 levels and at least 100 apartments with facilities such as restaurants, a pool, gymnasium and other entertainment.
